Syukur, after leaving BEL

For the first time,

Choco-hunting

Last two days gila-gila

punya nak beli moist choc-cake.

Masa kat LP,

dalam dok ingat2 nak pi usha kat

abang kedai print yg pernah jual

kek tu, boleh plak terlupa nak singgah.

Cakap fon punya pasal.

The day after tu, tengok dekat

lot hujung tu, dah xde fridge cake.

Dah tukaq bisnes dah....

Jual bubble tea pulak -_-"

Tapi hari dah dapat dahhhhh!!

Hehehehe...suka!!!

Homemade Tiramisu

Last fortnight, before birthday aku kitorang buat Tiramisu.

Buat dengan makndak.

Consider ni kek birthday from makndakla.

Semua bahan penting makndak yg sponsor.

Ni bahan paling penting.
Mascarpone cheese

Ni lagi satu,
ladyfinger cookies.

Bahan-bahan:

250 gm mascarpone cheese.

300 ml whipping cream

air kopi @ Nescafe (aku guna Nescafe sebab lambat sedaq kopi abes kat rumah tu)

Ladyfinger cookies

3/4 cup of castor sugar

1 biji eggyolk

1 tbs vanila essence

1 cup of fresh milk (xkesah la nak full cream ke original ke)

Compactkan dalam tupperware.
Simpan dalam fride.

Potong and taburkan coco powder.

Cara-cara nak buat mereka nie....

1. First, mixed eggyolk + sugar + susu dalam periuk. Kacau bagi rata je, xperlu nak kembang ke apa.
2. Bukak api kecik, heatkan sampai naik bubbles then tutup api. Tak perlu sampai mendidih.
3. Remove heat, then simpan dalam fridge selama sejam.
4. Dalam masa menunggu ni, boleh la start pasang mixer, timbang @ sukat mascarpone cheese & Whipping cream.
5. Campurkan mascarpone cheese, whipping cream, vanilla essence then pukul saaaaaammmmpai kembang.
6. Pastu baru masukkan bahan yang simpan dalam fridge tadi. (by this time InsyaAllah cukup dah sejam sebab benda ni pon nak kembang take time)
7. Bila dah rata semua.....Tadaaaaaaa, siap dah!
8. Ye, siap creamnya aja. Yang completenya, remdam the lady fingers dalam kopi @ nescafe then susun dengan penuh disiplin dalam bekas.
9. Siap satu layer biskut, lapiskan dengan cream. 
10. Ulang..dan ulang sampai habes cream. (:
11. Pastu boleh la sejukkan dulu before makan.
12. As garnishing, macam biasa tgkla...ayak sikit coco powder atas dia. Dah boleh makan.

*Dengan sukatan bahan kat atas, cukup dgn 1 eggyolk je. Kalau guna up to 3 eggyolks nanti cream akan jadi sangat lembik sampai kena makan dengan sudu.

p/s~ Tak sempat nak snap picture satu2, step by step sebab overexcited nak try buat and makan. SEDAPPPPPPP!!!!

Sayang gila dengan semua buku2 ni.

Kalau boleh nak simpan

sampai tua.

Nak dipanjangkan sampai

untuk anak-anak sendiri pulak.

Sweet cousin

Today is my cousin's bday.

His 21st (:

I just send him a simple

text to wish him

but he suddenly acting like

touched by my wish...

Instead about the thought that

I remember of his bday date.

Of course I am.

Most of my important persons

born in February.

Me to0.

He asked me whether he can call

me for a short conversation.

Cause its already half past 12.

Just when I received the call

he sang a birthday song.

"happy birthday to you...

Dah kenapa kau ni?

Suppose kalau nak menyanyi sgt pon

kan ke

Then I know the reason behind.

He thought that he
